Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) on Saturday signed a partnership agreement with Al Manar Real Estate Group for the building of a Greenland Resort in 6th of October City with a total investment of EGP 1.3 billion.
The agreement came in line with NUCA and Al Manar Real Estate cooperation for the launching of new projects in 6th of October and El-Shaikh Zeyad cities, vice chairman of NUCA for real estate and commercial affairs, Tarek El-Sebai, stated, according to a statement.
Situated on 76,000 square metres, Greenland Resort will include 520 residential units, shopping mall, and a medical centre, El-Sebai added.
