Cairo – Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) on Monday posted that yield on three-year treasury bills (T-bills) rose 3%.
The average yield of the three-year notes reached 15.46% and were oversubscribed 2.6 times, the CBE highlighted on its official website.
Meanwhile, the average yield of the seven-year notes stood at 18.9% and were covered 2.2 times.
The CBE announced earlier that it would issue T-bills worth 2.5 billion on Sunday.
