Cairo-Mubasher: Egypt is negotiating with the World Bank and African Development Bank to secure $4.5 billion loans, said Minister of International Cooperation Sahar Nasr.
She added that the agreement with the World Bank is an international recognition of the social and economic programme undertaken by the Egyptian government.
