Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt has signed a group of energy investment agreement including $430 million deal with US Noble Energy to pump natural gas through the East Mediterranean Gas Company’s pipeline, Reuters reported on Saturday.
Noble Energy signed another agreement with Egyptian company Dolphinus Holdings for the manufacturing of petroleum products. The deal will be financed by the US International Development Finance Corporation.
The agreement signed on the sidelines of Africa 2019 Conference which is held for two days in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital.
Moreover, the Netherlands’ Lekela announced that the start of construction work on its West Bakr wind power plant Egypt. The plant will have a capacity of 250 megawatts and require a total investment of $350 million.
