Cairo - Mubasher: The consumer price index (CPI) in Egypt grew 29.6% year-on-year in January, as shown by the data of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS).
Monthly inflation rates also increased by 4.3% month-on-minth, as shown by the data of CAPMAS.
Inflation rate reached 227.5 points in January 2017 compared to 218.1 points in December 2016.
