Egypt targets $30bn exports in 2020

Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt aims to increase its exports to $30 billion in 2020, Ahram Gate reported on Monday, citing the country’s minister of trade and industry Amr Nassar as saying.

The country has set a strategy to accelerate its industrial production growth to 8% annually, in addition to creating 3 million jobs in the next year, Nassar added.

This plan comes in line with the North African nation’s efforts to achieve sustainable economic growth as part of Egypt’s Vision 2030, he remarked.
