Cairo – Mubasher: Chinese newspaper People's Daily reported that six cooperation agreements will be signed between Egypt and China during the China-Arab State Expo 2017, according to the Middle East News Agency (MENA).
The expo will be held from 6 to 9 September in Yinchuan city in Ningxia in the name of friendship, cooperation, and development.
The alleged deals include collaborations in the fields of combating desertification, rail stations, ports, and textiles.
Last May, the minister of industry and trade Tarek Kabil had said that trade volume between Egypt and China reached $11 billion in 2016.
It is worth mentioning that Egypt’s Ministry of Transportation, exemplified in The National Authority for Tunnels (NAT), signed last week a contract with the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) to implement the electric train project in Egypt.
