Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian government is preparing to launch a global tender for gold mining during the first quarter of 2016, said Omar Teima, head of the Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority (EMRA).
Meanwhile, Ibrahim Mehleb, former PM and currently an advisor for the President for national and economic projects, said during a field visit to a mining centre at Marsa Alam that Egypt seeks to utilise its mining projects, especially in the Eastern Desert and Sinai, through establishing mining industries and communities.
