Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) will launch an international tender for the exploration and search of crude oil and natural gas in 11 blocks at the Mediterranean sea and Nile Delta during the second half of fiscal year 2015-2016, said Chairman of EGAS, Khaled Abdel Badie.
EGAS will also sign three contracts for Mediterranean Sea development with investments totaling $500 million.
The new projects and development wells are expected to generate nearly 760 million cubic feet per day of new gas production through FY15/16, added Chairman.
