Cairo – Mubasher: The Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation is taking measures to provide soft loans through national banks to farmers to convert to modern irrigation technologies, the Minister Mohamed Abdel Aty, said.
Abdel Aty stressed on the importance of being on track for the completion of the national project for canal rehabilitation, according to a statement on Monday.
He also called for expediting the required procedures for implementing the project of conversion to modern irrigation system.
