Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian government runs negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to secure the third tranche of the loan, which total value stands at $ 3 billion, said Sahar Nasr, Minister of International Corporation.
Earlier this week, the IMF executive board approved to disburse the loan’s second tranche that amount to $1 billion.
Last November, IMF has approved a three-year $12bn (€11bn) loan for Egypt to help the country out of its deep economic crisis.
