Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt will continue to repatriate all citizens stranded abroad before Eid El-Fitr, minister of immigration Nabila Makram said.
The most populous Arab nation has given priority to several segments, including expats with expired residency permits, she added in a press conference on Tuesday.
Upon the completion of all the necessary precautions, dates of repatriation of expats will be announced, she affirmed.
Since the suspension of flights following the outbreak of the coronavirus, Egypt has operated several repatriation flights to bring expats back home.
