EgyptAir halts flights to Saudi Arabia

Cairo – Mubasher: EgyptAir announced the suspension of its flights to Saudi Arabia as of 9 March as the new coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread in the Middle East.

All flights to Dammam, Qassim, Abha, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Al Madinah Al Munawarah will be suspended until further notice, according to a statement on Monday.

It is noteworthy that the kingdom halted its flights to and from nine countries, namely Egypt, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Syria, South Korea, Italy, and Iraq.
