EgyptAir inks 2 deals with AerCap Holdings

Cairo – Mubasher: EgyptAir has signed two agreements with AerCap Holdings to lease two Boeing 787-9 aircraft and convert seven leases for Airbus A320neos into leases for seven Airbus A321neos.

Speaking at the 2019 Dubai AirShow, EgyptAir Holding Company’s CEO and chairman Ahmed Adel noted that “the B787-9 aircraft is the most technologically advanced aircraft," according to a statement on Monday. 

The Dublin-based lessor is the world’s largest customer of the 787 aircraft (with 117 owned and on order) and the largest Airbus A320neo Family lessor (with a total of 270 owned and on order).
