Egyptalum logs EGP 63.46m losses in 5 months

Cairo - Mubasher: Egypt Aluminum Co. (Egyptalum) reported net losses of EGP 63.46 million for the five-month period ended 30 November 2015, according to a bourse filing send Monday.

Meanwhile, the firm’s five-month revenues reached EGP 1.99 billion, down 9.3% from EGP 2.17 billion for the similar period of the previous year.

The aluminum producer pointed out that its workers have ended the strike they started yesterday 27 December, after the company's management promised to meet their demands for receiving their share in annual profit.
