Cairo – Mubasher: Governor of El Beheira Hisham Amna on Thursday announced the launch of the second phase of expansions in a water plant in Abu Hummus, with total investments of EGP 350 million.
The second phase includes the building of a 4,000 cubic-metre underground tank to increase the plant’s output to 800 cubic metres per second, Amna added.
The governor noted that the project serves 500,000 people in a group of districts, including Abu Hummus, Kafr El-Dawar, and El-Mahmoudeya.
