Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian House of Representatives approved on Tuesday the changes in the government of the prime minister Sherif Ismail.
Changes include the replacement of nine minister, the merge between investment and international cooperation ministers, as well as the appointment of four new deputy ministers.
The majority of the house voted in favour of the proposed change, while 20 to 30 representatives voted against it.
Abd El Moneim El Banna has been appointed as the new minister of agriculture and land reclamation, Omar Marwan will be the new minister of legal affairs and representative councils.
The minister of international cooperation, Sahar Nasr, has been appointed as the new minister of investment and international cooperation.
Ali Moselhy will be the minister of supply and internal trading, while Mohamed Hesham will serve as minister of local development.
Hala Helmy, the dean of the faculty of economics and political science will be the minister of planning, monitoring and administrative reform.
Tarek Shawky was chosen as the minister education, Khaled Atef for high education, and Hesham Arafat for transport.
