Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptians started on Tuesday casting ballots in run-offs for the second and final stage of polls to elect the parliament amid tightened security measures.
This phase includes the following governorates: Cairo, Suez, Kafr El Sheikh, Port Said, Ismailia, Dakahlia, Monofia, Qalioubiah, Damietta, Gharbia, Sharqia, North Sinai and South Sinai.
A total of 426 nominees are contending for 213 seats in the run-off polls.
