Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt- South Africa for Communication (Egysacom) will hold its ordinary general meeting on 3 May 2016 for looking into 2015 financial results.
The ordinary meeting will also look into the reports of the board and auditor as well as financial statements for the fiscal year 2015.
The company’s net profits after tax for 2015 stood at EGP510,400, compared to EGP2 million a year earlier.
