Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Company (Egytrans) reported a decline of 4% in its consolidated net profits for 2015.
The company saw net profits of EGP9.97 million in 2015 after tax and minority right, down from EGP10.4 million in 2014, Egytrans said in a bourse filing.
Egytrans unconsolidated profits for 2015 decreased by 21% year-over-year to EGP8.6 million from EGP10.8 million, according to the company’s unconsolidated financial statements.
The company’s shareholders will be convened on 31 March to review the company’s financial statements for 2015 and to approve deferring the distribution of 2015 dividends.
In the first nine months of 2015, the company registered EGP9.8 million profits compared to EGP9.98 million a year earlier.
