Egytrans eyes EGP 50m contracts in 3M

Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Co (Egytrans) is planning to acquire preliminary contracts worth EGP 50 million within the next three months.

The contracts include projects in the traditional and renewable energy sectors, Egytrans said in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.

We are also targeting consolidated revenues of around EGP 226 million as well as EGP 48.9 million in profits over the coming period, the company added.

The standalone financial indicators of Egytrans had previously shown a 69% year-on-year surge in profits for 2017.

Pharos Research recently maintained its fair value (FV) for Egytrans at EGP 20 with an 'overweight' recommendation.

In December, Egytrans' board approved the 2018 budget, targeting a net profit of EGP 33.5 million.
