Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services (Egytrans) announced liquidating two subsidiaries: Egytrans for River Ports and Egytrans Barge Link, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The extraordinary general meeting took this decision due to the non-existence of their purpose, the bourse filing revealed.
The company reported net profits of EGP 15.16 million($1.7 million) in Q2-2016, compared with EGP 6.98 million ($788,000) for the comparable period of the preceding year.
