Egytrans plans to add new activities in 2017

Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services (Egytrans) plans to add new activities in 2017 in addition to expanding its current activities in order to keep the stability of its profitability rates, said Abir Leheta, Chairman and Managing Director.

“The company’s management targets a group of new activities to diversify risk in crisis times,” said Leheta in exclusive statement to Mubasher.

“The expansion in both the current and the new activities will be either through the mother company or its subsidiaries or through the establishment of new companies,” added Leheta.

The company’s executive declined to state any details about the type of these new activities.

Earlier, Egytrans reported net profits of EGP 21.64 million for the first nine months of 2016, up from EGP 9.8 million for the same period of the previous year.
