Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Company (Egytrans) reported a decrease of 21% in net profits for 2015, according to the company’s unconsolidated financial statements.
The company saw net profits of EGP 8.6 million in 2015, down from EGP 10.8 million in 2014.
On other hand, the company’s board proposed to defer the dividends distribution for 2015, in order to finance upcoming projects in 2016.
Egytrans will hold shareholders meeting in 31 March 2016, to review the company’s financial statements for 2015 and to approve deferring the dividends distribution for 2015.
