Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Co (Egytrans) has been awarded the logistics services contract with Siemens Gamesa for Lekela's West Bakr wind farm.
At a value of EGP 30 million, the contract involves 96 towers weighing about 140,000 freight tonnes, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
The operation is scheduled to begin in July.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, the company’s net profits declined to EGP 31.8 million from EGP 41.7 million in 2018, including minority shareholders’ rights.
