Cairo - Mubasher: The board of El Arabia for Land Reclamation has approved participating in the paid in capital increase of Karawan Company, according to a bourse filing.
The capital will increase its capital to EGP 101.24 million from EGP 100 million.
The board of directors has also ratified the request of Integrated Design provide financing of EGP 500,000, according to the company’s statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.
