Cairo – Mubasher: El Attal Holding is looking to invest EGP 8 billion in two projects in New Alamein city and Ain Sokhna, the company’s chairman said.
The New Alamein city’s project will be built over 50 acres land plot with around EGP 5 billion in investments, Ahmed El Attal added in a press conference.
The project is set to be launched in the second half of 2020, El Attal indicated.
He also noted that the Ain Sokhna project will be established over 32 acres with estimated investments worth EGP 3 billion, adding that the launching date has not been set yet.
