Cairo – Mubasher: El-Attal Holding is planning to launch a residential tourism project in Ain Sokhna with investments valued at EGP 2.5 billion, the company’s chairman said.
All designs will be finalised in the near future and construction will start in the fourth quarter of 2019, Ahmed El-Attal told reporters on Saturday.
As for Park Lane project in the New Administrative Capital, the first phase has been sold out, while the second phase is nearly complete, with expectations to launch the third phase soon, El-Attal added.
Park Lane project is expected to achieve contractual sales of EGP 1 billion by the end of 2019, he noted.
