Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has approved a $500 million loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
The loan will be allocated for Egypt's education sector reforms, according to the presidential decree published in the official gazette.
The facility’s deal was signed in April 2018, while the parliament approved it last July.
