Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued a decree for the allocation of a state-owned land plot in Matrouh for building a wastewater plant and an administrative building, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported on Thursday.
The decree, carrying the number of 465 of 2020, was published in the Official Gazette.
