Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has issued the presidential decree number 20 for 2019, approving a $1 billion loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).
The loan, signed on 9 December 2018, will be used for the development of Egypt's private sector in order to achieve integrated growth, the official Gazette reported on Tuesday.
The Egyptian parliament approved the loan on 29 January, according to the state-run newspaper.
