Cairo-Mubasher: Electro Cable said its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on 21 December, to discuss amending articles of association.
In addition, shareholders will authorise the chairman to sell residential units to employees.
The EGX-listed cable producer reported a 10.5% decline in net earnings for the first nine months of 2015.
