Cairo – Mubasher: A bulk trade worth EGP 44.6 million was carried out on Electro Cable Co - Egypt's stock, the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said on Sunday.
The bulk transaction was implemented through around 36 million shares at EGP 1.24 per share, according to a statement.
Electro Cable previously reported a consolidated profit of EGP 87.8 million in the January-September period of this year, against a net loss of EGP 12.2 million in the same period a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.
Sales grew to EGP 1.2 billion in the nine-month period ended September from EGP 750.9 million in the year-ago period.
