Cairo - Mubasher: Electro Cable Co. announced that it would delay its extraordinary general meeting on lack of quorum.
The meeting was scheduled to be conducted on 21 December 2015.
The shareholders’ meeting was going to discuss amending the company's article of incorporation.
Electro Cable's net profits declined 10.5% in the first nine months of 2015.
