Cairo - Mubasher: Egypt’s Electro Cable Company said on Tuesday that the right to receive the issued bonus shares will run out on 19 October, according to a bourse filing.
The distribution of the bonus shares will begin on Thursday 20 October, to increase the company’s capital by EGP 26.06 million from EGP 521.2 million to 547.26 million, according to the company's statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Electro Cable’s general assembly approved on May the decision to issue bonus shares and to distribute one bonus share for every original share, and to fund the issuance from the earnings achieved in 2015.
