Riyadh – Mubasher: Eleven transactions were privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on 1.88 million shares on Thursday at a value of SAR 67.5 million.
Five out of the eleven transactions were executed on Samba Financial Group, according to a bourse filing.
Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) topped the transactions in terms of turnover of SAR 14.9 million, generated from the exchange of 177,000 shares at SAR 84.25.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index or the sector indices.
