Dubai – Mubasher: Ellington Group has launched its eighth project in Dubai under the name of Belgravia Heights.
Located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Belgravia Heights includes 292 studios, one-and two-bedroom units, the property developer said.
JVC comes among Dubai’s top five areas with the most off-plan transactions.
The project also features a resort-style pool, a children’s play area, and a modern fitness centre, the Dubai-based firm noted.
“Our Belgravia brand has become synonymous with aesthetically designed homes in JVC district, assuring residents of a distinctive lifestyle experience,” Ellington Group managing director Joseph Thomas said.
The real estate firm did not give further details concerning the total cost of the project and its timeframe.
