Dubai – Mubasher: Ellington Properties on Wednesday announced the completion of construction works at its Belgravia II, a residential project in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai.
The company expects to deliver units in its newest project ahead of the original delivery date.
Belgravia II is the follows the success of Ellington Properties’ Belgravia I, which is home to over 40 different nationalities, making the community one of the most diverse in JVC, a statement showed.
“With JVC bordered by Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, and just 10 minutes away from Dubai Marina and 15 minutes from Downtown Dubai, the Belgravia II project comprises 188 residential units including townhouses, studios, and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments,” Ellington Properties revealed.
Around eight other projects by Ellington Properties have already broken ground, adding more than 1,000 residential units across Dubai with several other future projects in the development phase marking a significant expansion of the company’s project pipeline.
Ellington Properties is developing several projects along with leasable residential units at affordable prices to be launched by 2020.
