Dubai – Mubasher: Ellington Properties on Thursday launched its Wilton Terraces 1, its newest residential project and sixth in Dubai.
The Wilton Terraces 1 project is located in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City near Burj Khalifa, according to a company statement.
Wilton Terraces comprises two towers, the company added, noting that it commenced the construction of the first tower, which will include 140 units.
With a wide range of projects in its portfolio, Ellington Properties plans to develop rentable residential units with affordable prices by 2020.
