Cairo – Mubasher: Elsewedy Electric Co. announced that its subsidiary Elsewedy Electric for Trading and Distribution signed contracts worth EGP 846 million to establish several projects.
The projects include establishing an overhead power line to connect Toskha 4 substation with Oweinat-Toskha 2 power line on a turnkey basis over a four-month period with a value of EGP 148 million, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
In addition, the company will also build 22/66/220 kilovolt (kv) Toskha 4 gas insulated substation (GIS) on a turnkey basis over a 10-month period with a value of EGP 410 million.
The third project is establishing 11/66/220 kv Arab Port Said substation on a turnkey basis over a 12-month period with a value of EGP 288 million.
