Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Development, a subsidiary of Emaar Properties, has acquired the land plot on which Beach Vista residences will be built in Emaar Beachfront.
The UAE-based company commenced the project’s site mobilisation and enabling work, according to a company statement released on Sunday.
Beach Vista homes are located in a twin-tower including 33 storeys and 26-storeys with glass facades, including large balconies overlooking the sea.
“Emaar Beachfront’s first residential launch, Beach Vista has been an overwhelming success recording strong investor response from the UAE and international markets,” managing director of Emaar Properties Ahmad Al Matrooshi commented.
Scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2021, Beach Vista’s sale was launched, on which 375 units were sold in consideration of AED 1 billion.
“We are now commencing the construction of Beach Vista residences highlighting our commitment to on-schedule delivery. We are working with the best-in-class contractors and consultants to deliver Beach Vista to the highest standards of design excellence and build quality,” Al Matrooshi said.
