Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Development, Emaar Properties’ unit, has unveiled The Grand, a residential tower located near the heart of Creek Island at Dubai Creek Harbour, according to a company statement released on Monday.
Located near the Dubai International Airport and Downtown Dubai, The Grand comprises 62 storeys including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments – along with 4-bedroom penthouses, and spacious podium-level townhouses with private gardens, the Dubai-listed company revealed, giving no further details on the value of the project.
“The Grand is a premium collection of residences, highlighted by its unique value propositions of being set by the Marina and the spellbinding views that the homes offer,” Emaar Properties’ managing director Ahmad Al Matrooshi commented.
The Emirati developer plans to launch the sale of The Grand residences on 8 March 2018.
