Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Development, a subsidiary of Emaar Properties, has unveiled its new Grande residential tower in Downtown Dubai.
The new project, located at Opera District, comprises 78 storeys including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, according to a company statement released on Thursday.
“Downtown Dubai is today one of the most sought-after residential destinations in the city, offering great value for investors, and a world-class lifestyle for residents,” Emaar Properties’ managing director Ahmad Al Matrooshi commented.
Emaar Development is set to launch Grande’s sales on Sunday 13 May, the Dubai-listed developer revealed.
“[Grande’s] Residents become part of a thriving cultural and lifestyle hub with spectacular views of Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountain, and effortless proximity to Dubai Opera and The Dubai Mall,” Al Matrooshi said.
