Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Development on Thursday announced that it has launched second residential community, Joy, in the new Arabian Ranches III project in Dubai.
Launching the new project follows the "overwhelming sales response" to the launch of the first residential community in February, Arabian Business reported, citing the local property development unit of Emaar Properties as saying.
The real estate developer noted that the new project will be available as three- and four-bedroom properties in three design types.
The new townhouse community will include splash pads, hammocks, and an adventure-themed children’s play area.
The company did not give further details regarding the project’s total cost.
