Dubai - Mubasher: Arada, a joint venture between KBW Investments and Basma Group, on Thursday announced signing a management agreement with Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality arm of Emaar Properties, to launch three new hotels in Sharjah.
The new projects which include the Address Hotels + Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts, and Rove Hotels will be located in Aljada, Sharjah.
“Our agreement with Emaar will bring proven hospitality competencies to this spectacular development that will transform Sharjah’s economy,” ARADA’s chairman Ahmed Al Qasimi said.
Situated on an area covering 24 million square feet, Aljada is a major residential community that is scheduled for completion by 2025.
The AED 24 billion mega-project will be delivered on several phases, Emaar Hospitality and Arada announced in a joint statement.
“ARADA is redefining the residential and commercial landscape of Sharjah with Aljada, its ambitious master-planned destination that will catalyse all sectors of the economy,” Emaar Properties’ chairman Mohamed Alabbar commented.
