Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Creek Harbour, a joint venture (JV) between Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, has unveiled Creek Marina at the heart of Creek Island Dubai.
The new waterfront destination is planned to house elegant residences, sweeping landscaped parkland, gourmet restaurants, cafes, and entertainment venues.
Situated on three-fourths of a kilometre and about a quarter wide, Creek Marina is slated for inauguration in December, Emaar stated on Tuesday.
“Creek Marina will have a capacity of over 81 single- and double-berths and will incorporate a dedicated world-class Yacht Club with an impressive array of shopping and dining facilities."
These facilities include fuelling services, upgraded power outlets, and pedestal units, the UAE-based developer added, but did not disclose the value of the project.
“Creek Marina will also be home to the Vida Harbour Point, a 286-room upscale lifestyle hotel similar to harbour hotels in cities such as Singapore and Shanghai, where style meets convenience and is scheduled to open in 2019,” Emaar added.
Dubai Creek Harbour is a six-square-kilometre development featuring hotels, green parks, and gardens, along with a variety of cultural attractions, glistening canals, lush parklands, and landscaped promenades.
