Dubai-Mubasher: Emaar Malls Group said it has recorded a growth of 16% in earnings for the fourth quarter of 2015, reaching AED 435 million ($118 million) as compared to AED 376 million ($102 million) a quarter earlier, according to a bourse statement.
The UAE company achieved revenues worth AED 821 million ($224 million) in Q4-15 as compared to AED 720 million ($196 million) in Q3-15, an increase of 14%.
During the fiscal year 2015, Emaar Malls reported a net profit of AED 1.656 billion ($451 million), 23% higher from AED 1.351 billion ($368 million) in FY14.
Meanwhile, the company’s revenues reached AED 2.992 billion ($815 million), compared to AED 2.694 billion ($733 million), a rise of 11% YoY.
