Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Malls, a subsidiary of Emaar Properties, has opened The Spring Souk, a new retail and leisure destination in Dubai.
Located in the heart of The Springs community, The Springs Souk comprises convenient retail stores in addition to leisure and wellness amenities, according to a company statement released on Wednesday.
“To feature about 100 retail and F&B outlets, The Springs Souk will soon open a new family entertainment concept and a 6-screen Reel Cinemas that will bring the latest blockbusters to the doorstep of the Emirates Living residents,” the Dubai-listed company revealed.
The Springs Souk serves various communities including The Springs, The Meadows, The Lakes, Emirates Hills, The Views, and The Greens, along with residents in the Barsha locality.
“With a gross leasable area of about 23,000 square metres, The Springs Souk has two levels of retail and leisure in addition to a full-fledged gymnasium and the Reel Cinemas on the first floor. There will also be a family clinic.”
The project’s value was not revealed.
