Cairo – Mubasher: Emaar Misr for Development reported an increase of 104.5% in net profits for 2015, according to a company filing posted Thursday.
The real estate developer saw net profits of EGP 854.7 million in 2015, compared with EGP 417.9 million in the previous year.
Earnings per share reached EGP 0.16 in 2015, up from EGP 0.43 per share in the preceding year.
The company’s revenues amounted to EGP 3.2 billion in 2015, up 25.9% from EGP 2.6 billion in 2014.
The board of directors proposed dividend freeze for FY15.
