Cairo-Mubasher: Emaar Misr for Development, a subsidiary of UAE's Emaar Properties, will hold its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 28 December to discuss amending article No. 55 of the articles of association.
After amendment, the article will state that the company's net profits will be distributed annually after deducting general expenses and other costs.
The developer posted net earnings of EGP 744.5 million for the first nine months of 2015, a surge of nearly 101% compared with EGP 369.6 million a year earlier.
